Making life easier - or how to simplify life, no bs productivity
Big launch - introducing Easier
It's been a while since many people subscribed, so an introduction is long overdue. My name is Irina Constantin, and I am a startup founder and content creator. This newsletter shares my journey of building a company from scratch to global while juggling life and passions.
After a long hiatus, I have returned with a clear path in mind for what I want to put out into the world and share a big launch.
Introducing Easier:
Over the past ten years, I have been managing multiple businesses, my personal life, and creating content, all while striving to improve myself. Along the way, I have come to realize that one of my main priorities is to make life easier for myself and others. One question I kept asking myself is if I struggled, how can I help others avoid those same struggles?
That is why I have compiled tips, tricks, productivity tools, and products that can help you become more efficient and balanced. I am excited to announce the launch of Easier, a compilation of all the resources that have helped me on my journey towards greater productivity and balance. I am thrilled to share all of this with you!
As someone who has struggled with managing everything, I understand how overwhelming it can be. Life can throw a lot at us, such as a lack of confidence, finances, anxiety, loss, and more. However, with a little help and support, we can overcome any obstacle that comes our way.
So, I invite you to join me and the Easier community on this journey towards greater productivity and ease.
When you sign up you will receive a small bonus for me, so make sure to do it here.
Easier is separate from this newsletter and my company. It is just part of my life's mission to contribute to society by helping others improve their lives, making it a bit easier while enjoying it to the fullest.
Life updates:
This is an update on my life. I was inspired by the book "Shoe Dog" by Phil Knight, the owner of Nike, which taught me that there is never a perfect time to pursue something. So, I decided to start sharing my knowledge and tools with the world through Easier. My goal is to provide as much value as possible, even though it may evolve into something more complex over time.
In addition to my work on Easier, I am also preparing and training for a Spartan Race, an obstacle course competition that I have wanted to participate in for a while. I am excited to be working with a fantastic trainer who is helping me take things to the next level. I have also taken up running and can currently run 3.7 km. I plan to increase my distance since I want to compete in long-distance running competitions.
Because "action" is my word of the year, I am also a founder of a startup called VAUNT, which caters to the residential industry. This year, we plan to expand it to a point where it brings us closer to our final vision. I am excited to share more about this in the future.
My Favourite Things:
What I’m reading/listening to enrich my life:
Lex Fridman podcast - I like to look at things from different angles. I appreciate Lex's ability to approach topics from multiple perspectives. As a host, he often plays devil's advocate to gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter. The latest episode about OpenAI with CEO Sam Altman was particularly interesting.
My latest favourite thing to enhance my life:
Since starting intensive training, I began taking creatine, a popular and extensively researched supplement among athletes and bodybuilders. Its benefits include muscle gain, strength enhancement, and improved exercise performance. I started taking it to improve recovery time and exercise performance and noticed significant improvement within 30 days.
You can use my code CONSTANTIN-RGB for a 40% discount on your first order on MyProtein to get creatine or any other supplements you are interested in and also workout gear.
Movie/TV show I am watching I’m watching:
Physical 100 is a South Korean reality show on Netflix where 100 athletes, bodybuilders, and stars compete in various challenges to prove they have the best physique. It has a similar vibe to Squid Games and is enjoyable to watch even if you are not a sports fan.
Question or quote of the week:
“Is the bottleneck strategy or execution?” - James Clear, author of Atomic Habits
